From the case above, we can see that the extra fee occurs because of the miscommunication between the customer and the forwarder about the exact time of delivery. What's more, the forwarder didn't mention warehouse charges with the customer. So the fan should explain the responsibility to the customer and try the best to help customer solve the problem.
However, we can also see that this fan didn't know so well about the charges and felt stunned after being informed. In fact, the possible charges can be avoided as long as this fan make the time of delivery clear and ask something more about the goods arrangement so that we can also remind the customer of what he should pay attention to.
Just a reminder, we are like customers' assistants when we do sales which means that we should get all the processes and the details across.
