I know you are happy like me because it means the peak season for foreign traders like us.Therefore, take some action, contact your customers and promote the orders specifically.

As for old customers, we can begin reminding them to repeat orders. As for customers who can almost start business, the follow-up should be more frequently executed. After all, orders from new customers generally take a long time. Then, I believe many of you have met this kind of situation that the confirmed order from customers was not put into practice after a long time.

Tips:In order to avoid this, what should we do? Let me tell you one thing:

1.Start contacting the customer when the quantity and relative information of the order is confirmed. In order to avoid the customer's considering too much or the peer's seizing the chance, we should begin closely contacting the customer on details in the order when there is going to be a repeated order. As soon as we send the PI, call the customer to inform him check the PI and response as fast as he can. Inform the customer through QQ, whatsapp and wechat and keep closely tracking before the response from the customers about the confirmation of IP.

2.After customer's confirming the order, then there is nothing happen. Be cautions. When the customer has sent the relative details of the order to the supplier and there is nothing followed, we bound to pay some attention. It is highly possible that the customer might change the supplier. Owing to the fiercely competitive market, how do you know what trick might be used to get customers? I don't want to see your crying because of the lost of customer. So, when there is been a long time without responses, try to contact the customer through the methods mentioned above and find out the real reason.

Generally, there are two reasons, price and quality. If it is really about the price, you may try adjusting the quantity or accessories to keep the customer with higher cost performance. If it is about the quality, discuss the plan with the product manager on the basic of customer's feedback and sincerely improve and offer the qualified products to the customers.

3.Treat the customers with heart and lock the cooperation with the customer firmly, Although we say profit goes first, customers are sentient rather than plants. Therefore, during the daily conversation, other than orders and business, we should care about him appropriately. This doesn't mean a superficial greet, however, we should keep everything about him on mind. For example, we may know about that the customer has bad sleeping quality, don't forget it at once but remember on mind and pay some attention to the ways or medicine that can help better sleeping. although the customer may say a little about the information, he can feel your care from heart. In the competition of the peers, in order to make some distance from others, except for high quality and different products, we also need high quality and diligent salespersons who are the key of success.
