Why the boss pays you salary ?
The staff could not get a generous salary without the rapid development and high profits of the enterprises. Only after the company make money, then the employees could obtain better returns. In a sense, earn for the company is to earn for themselves .
No matter which field you are engaged, you must prove that you are a precious asset of the company with a good performance and prove that you can help the company make money. The better performance you create, the more salary you earn. "The one the company need most is the one can make money for the company." said Bill Gates.
Second, hardworking is make no sense without creating value
What the enterprises needs is the result, not the process.
In the enterprise, no matter how hard the staff works, if inefficient and do not make the good performance, then all the hard work are all in vain.
1.We pursue good results. That means our job should be productive. We pursuit good result while doing everything. We are opposed to just say but not do and do but invalid. Only when you work hard with perseverance then you can get good returns.
2.The value recognition degree of the company-to- employee, depending on the performance of theemployee to company.
3.We adhere to acquire and enhance performance as the starting point of management and the level of performance as the basis of the management effectiveness .
4.Work values and market values determine the basis allocation of staff, and the level of performance determine the actual acquisition.

Performance is the most powerful proof of the value.
What is the criteria of a good employees ? Performance! It is the performance that makes one different.
Fourth, no performance is like wasting the resources of the company
Take the salary without making money for company is wasting the company resources. Employees can not create value for the company means to waste the company resources.
Five, win your boss's heart by good performance
Each boss will leave those staff with strong ability for their own interests. Only when you work hard and have made certain achievements, your boss will think highly of you.
Company as an operating entity, must rely on profits to sustain its development. And to develop, they need each employee to contribute their strength and wisdom. Company is platform where the staff can prove their value. And the only way to prove is performance. No matter when and where, if you do not make a performance, you will be abandoned sooner or later.
What the companies need is the staff that can solve problem and hard working rather than those who had made some contribution, but now they can not keep up with the pace of enterprise development, self-righteous, not working ones.
